Product Introduction

1. High-Strength, Low-Thermal-Conductivity Lightweight Castables: Compared with general lightweight insulation materials, these products offer higher strength and better insulation performance.

2. Lightweight Insulating Castables: The primary aggregates of these materials are hollow in structure, providing high strength, low thermal conductivity, and remarkable insulation properties. They support both vibration and troweling installation methods, making construction convenient and efficient.

3. Low-Iron Single-Layer Insulating and Wear-Resistant Linings: These linings offer excellent insulation performance and certain wear resistance. With low iron content, they remain stable under reducing atmospheres and effectively prevent liner damage caused by infiltration. Suitable for use as single-layer insulating and wear-resistant linings, they offer high strength and excellent overall stability.

4. Insulating Linings: This series is classified into several types from LT-4CⅠ to LT-4CⅧ based on thermal conductivity. When used in combination with the GT-3A series of wear-resistant products, they serve as insulating linings. Key features include high strength and outstanding insulation performance. The products balance flowability and plasticity, supporting both vibration and troweling construction methods.

5. Single-Layer Insulating and Wear-Resistant Linings: The LT-5C series features excellent wear resistance and thermal insulation. Utilizing a single-layer structure without hexmesh (side anchoring rings), these linings offer good integrity, simple structure, short construction periods, and long service life. When combined with steel fibers, numerous microcracks form uniformly within the lining, which effectively absorbs energy and reduces peak stress, thereby lowering the likelihood of macroscopic cracking. This enhances the toughness, seismic resistance, and impermeability of the lining material.

6. Wear-Resistant Linings: Used in combination with the LT-4C series to form dual-layer insulating and wear-resistant linings, these are applicable in areas subjected to erosive conditions such as dust-laden flue gas, catalyst particles, and coking particles, while also requiring thermal insulation. Key characteristics include good plasticity, ease of tamping, smooth surface after construction, and resistance to bulging.

7. High Wear-Resistant Linings: Made from corundum-grade aggregate with added ultrafine powder and binders, these linings exhibit excellent construction plasticity and strong wear resistance. They resist erosion from intense dust-laden flue gas and catalysts. Suitable for use as single-layer high wear-resistant linings, they are compatible with anchoring structures such as hexmesh and side anchoring rings, and are ideal for constructing irregular parts.
