Product Introduction

1. The hanging brick uses silicon carbide and metallic silicon micro-powder as primary raw materials, with a special bonding agent to enhance the bonding between the matrix and particles.

2. Sintered in a nitrogen atmosphere, the metallic silicon reacts with nitrogen to form silicon nitride, tightly bonding the silicon carbide particles. After sintering, further heat treatment enhances the material’s resistance to water vapor oxidation.

3. The product has low porosity, excellent resistance to water vapor oxidation, and good high-temperature mechanical strength.
