【Product brand】High-Strength Anti-Spalling Chromium-Containing Precast/Brick, High-Purity Mullite Anchor Brick
【Recommended use】Belt Roasting Machine
Product Introduction
The combustion chamber of large-scale pellet belt roasting machines operates under conditions of high airflow velocity, temperatures up to 1,500°C, and significant temperature fluctuations. The refractory materials used in this area must exhibit excellent thermal shock stability, wear resistance, high strength, and advanced anti-spalling properties. The high-strength anti-spalling chromium-containing precast/brick is manufactured using high-purity raw materials such as tabular corundum and fused mullite, along with premium synthetic materials. It employs efficient dispersion technology and nano-sintering technology to control the material’s phase composition and microstructure, optimizing high-temperature performance. This results in features such as resistance to erosion, corrosion, and spalling, as well as a long service life.
The refractory lining for the top and side walls of the preheating, roasting, and soaking sections of the belt roasting machine requires high-purity mullite anchor bricks to ensure secure connection and fixation to the main equipment. The performance and quality of these anchor bricks are critical to the service life of the refractory lining. These include furnace wall anchor bricks and furnace roof anchor bricks, which demand high strength and excellent thermal shock stability. The high-purity mullite anchor bricks use high-purity mullite and andalusite aggregates, with a matrix composed of kyanite fine powder and high-purity high-alumina fine powder. They are processed through high-pressure molding, high-temperature ceramic sintering, and utilize highly active clay fine powder, resulting in low creep rate, anti-spalling properties, and excellent erosion resistance. These characteristics meet the complex operating conditions and effectively extend the service life.
