Refractory Materials for Blast Furnace Taphole

【Product brand】MT-GTC, MT-TC, MT-BG, MT-KTC, MT-SA/ZG, MT-YPS
【Recommended use】Blast Furnace Taphole
Product Introduction
(1) This series of products is developed using high-quality corundum/high-grade bauxite, high-grade silicon carbide, and various carbon sources as primary raw materials, relying on ultra-low cement castable technology. They exhibit excellent resistance to molten iron erosion and scouring, non-stick properties to slag and iron, long service life, and low consumption per ton of iron.
(2) The fast-curing, environmentally friendly taphole castable features rapid baking capabilities. After construction, the product requires no curing time and can be immediately baked and put into use, significantly reducing on-site maintenance and construction time while lowering labor intensity for workers.
(3) The dedicated precast slag skimmer components can be used directly on-site without the need for on-site casting or baking, further reducing construction time and labor intensity while decreasing the maintenance frequency of slag skimmers.
